The first of folly's regular programme of short film nights for 2007 will take place on 24th January:

An evening of independent German animation from the studios of Film Bilder

Featuring “No Room for Gerold” by Daniel Nocke, which received the computer animation Award of Distinction in the 2006 Prix Ars Electronica - plus work by Gil Alkabetz, Andreas Hykade, Gagnol & Felicioli, Phil Mulloy, Thomas Meyer-Hermann and Louis Zoller.

Halloween Short Film Night

A selection of international short films full of suspense, chills and bumps in the night. Including 'One Rat Short', the winner of best of show at the 2006 SIGGRAPH computer animation festival in Boston, the startling 'El Ciclo' by Spanish director Victor Garcia and the 'How Long is Forever' by the enigmatic FG. Be afraid, be very afraid.
