£140 per day, 1 day a week

C-PAL is currently made up 14 North West arts organisations that specialise in the development and delivery of participatory arts.  They are: Action Factory, CAN, Cartwheel Arts, Mid Pennine Arts, Lime, Osun Arts, Prescap, TiPP, Hope Street, Whitewood & Fleming, Lantern House, More Music, Cheshire Dance, Collective Encounters and Full Circle Arts.  The Consortium of Participatory Arts Learning is keen to develop sector supporting professional development and advocacy.

The consortium has developed some excellent sector support work, such as the Core Competencies Framework and a Project Managers Training and Mentoring Course. The post will develop further projects as well as manage the roll out of the Core Competencies Framework and a second phase of the Project Managers Training.

The post is funded for 18 months, and the post holder will be raising funds for continuation of the post in partnership with C-Pal.  The hours will be one day a week, with pro rata holidays.
