Love Lancaster, a Creation Stemming from Love Culture

As you may or may not be already aware, folly has been developing Love Culture, a new online platform that brings arts organisations and audiences closer together. It is a community where you can make friends and share your views about art and culture.

The premise to this was that folly wanted to move away from the idea that cultural organisations are not just bricks and mortar, in order to move into a more accessible and involving environment.

Additionally folly and the arts organisations in Lancaster are keen to demonstrate the value of the arts, right here in Lancaster and to find out more about how they are valued locally. Love Lancaster was therefore created to encourage people in the Lancaster area to discuss what they love about the arts in Lancaster particularly.

How to Participate

1) Join Love Culture online - once you’ve joined you can become a fan of Love Lancaster or any of the arts organisations, post your comments and rate the things that you like.

2) If you use Twitter you can use the tag #lovelancaster when you tweet about the arts in

Lancaster in order to share in the conversation and you can also follow @Love_Culture on Twitter.

3) Using any mobile phone you can send a text message to say what you love about the arts in Lancaster send an SMS to: 60066 Stating the organisation below + your personal message:
